Behind the Scene

Hi! I’m a mom to a trilingual kiddo, a lifelong language nerd, and a book lover through and through. Even though I majored in Economics and Mathematics at Yale, my passion for languages truly took off during my time there — where, if I’m being honest, I probably took more language classes than math classes. Studying abroad in France and China only deepened my love for learning languages, and now I speak five of them!

Fast forward a bit, and I married a fellow trilingual, and together we’re raising a little polyglot of our own. I know firsthand the joys (and occasional mental gymnastics) of raising a multilingual child—finding the right words, keeping storytime engaging, and making sure every book pulls double (or triple!) language duty.

That’s why I created Tiny Linguist—to help busy parents like you skip the struggle and make multilingual storytime effortless, fun, and frustration-free. With my background in languages and my own hands-on experience raising a trilingual child, I curate translations, book lists by age, and practical language-learning tools so parents can confidently nurture their child’s language development without stress.
